Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
  • Parsley fresh for garnish
  • 1 Pound Ribeye Steak
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°Fahrenheit(200°Celsius) for 5 minutes to ensure a hot basket for quick searing. Gather your seasonings, oil, and butter while it heats.
  • Cut the ribeye into even 1-inch cubes and place them in a medium bowl to ensure uniform cooking.
  • Add salt, garlic powder, black pepper, avocado oil, and Worcestershire sauce to the cubes, stirring until evenly coated.
  • Arrange steak cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning.
  • Melt the butter until smooth, adding a pinch of salt if desired for extra richness.
  • Let steak bites rest for 2 minutes, drizzle with melted butter, toss gently, and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • You can swap ribeye for another well-marbled cut, but the flavor and tenderness of ribeye are hard to beat. Adjust cooking time based on steak piece size.
  • Cut the ribeye into even cubes so they cook at the same time. This makes sure each piece turns out juicy and tender.
  • Season the cubes simply with salt and pepper, or add your favorite spices for extra flavor. A light drizzle of oil helps them crisp nicely in the air fryer.
  • Cook in small batches to avoid overcrowding the basket. This allows the steak to sear properly and get that delicious, steakhouse-style finish.
