Instructions
Prepare lemon juice, lavender (fresh or dried), lavender syrup, and water. Adjust syrup amount depending on how sweet you like it.
In a pitcher, combine lemon juice, lavender, and syrup, then pour in water and add lemon slices for flavor.
Stir well from the bottom to evenly mix the syrup and balance the sweetness.
Let steep for 2 hours, then strain out the lavender. Serve over ice with lemon slices for a refreshing finish.

Notes
Use freshly squeezed lemon juice for the best bright and tangy flavor.
Steep dried or fresh lavender in warm water for a more intense floral aroma.
Chill all ingredients before mixing to keep the mocktail crisp and refreshing.
A splash of sparkling water or club soda adds a fizzy, festive touch.
Adjust the sweetness with honey, simple syrup, or a sugar-free alternative.
Add only 3 cups of water to make it taste stronger.
