Instructions

  • Pat pork chops dry and preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for even cooking and a crisp finish.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, sweetener, sage, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and combined.
  • Rub the seasoning mixture evenly on both sides of the pork chops, then let rest for 10 minutes to absorb flavor.
  • Arrange chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes per side, until they reach 145°Fahrenheit (63°Celsius); rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Preheat your air fryer before adding the pork chops. A hot basket helps them cook evenly and get that golden, crispy crust.
  • Lightly coat the chops with oil or cooking spray. This ensures the breading sticks well and crisps up nicely.
  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. Leaving space between the chops lets the hot air flow around and fry them properly.
  • Let the chops rest for a few minutes after cooking. This keeps the juices inside and makes every bite tender.
